What's it cost to ship and when will I receive it?

We get it: shipping is important. You just purchased something you want, you want it quick, and you don’t want to pay a lot to get it. We understand – we shop on the internet too.  

We know which shipping companies are best at getting your order to you quickly and safely and do it so at a fair cost. We have partnered with the best of the best, including UPS, FedEx and US Postal Service. So, on every order we select which shipping carrier is best suited to meet your needs.

When will I receive my order?

Below is a map illustrating the approximate delivery times for Economy and Standard shipping services. We also offer Expedited & Express services to get your order to you faster. 

 

When will my order ship?

Orders received before 6PM ET Monday through Friday ship the SAME DAY!  Obviously, if any of these days are a holiday, then it will ship the next business day, including, but not limited to: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, or New Year's Eve.

What are your shipping rates beyond the contiguous US?

We ship to APO/FPO address, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and beyond the contiguous US and internationally with a variety of shipping options. These rates vary depending upon your destination and service needs, and can be found using the shipping rate calculator in your shopping cart or during checkout.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Of course! We will email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Email us at allen@haircube.net if you have difficulties tracking your order.
